Hell and Characters

The biggest change here is Hell being completely overhauled. Named characters have been added to the game, who hang around there. You can recruit these unique characters once you have enough glory.

One of these characters is Helvis, the inventor of the reverse oven. The reverse oven is an odd new feature, and I'm still not sure if it's well balanced, but I hope you check it out.

Pursuers

I added a scary new enemy. Hopefully, this is the scariest enemy in the game so far. This enemy will chase you relentlessly, and can even teleport long distances to follow you. Release this enemy by using a new item put in crypts.

Drawing Optimization

The drawing system has been completely overhauled. This should result in faster drawing, usually. The biggest impact should be when there are LOTS of drawn objects in the game world, like when explosions occur.

Added Hell Key, which lets the player access hell. Removed hell portals from structures.

Changed Hell's structure to use BSPs.

Added Characters to the game, like Buzzy Barabbas, Uriah Hurt, and others

Added Helvis, and his reverse oven

Added pool devil, who can restore your whole party

Removed item crushing (outside of reverse oven), and changed synthesis screen layout

Fixed some object-related crashes

Added saving and loading favorite custom data (for saving hair/skin/body/name combinations)

Increased how much area is revealed on the map when capturing

Added Dark Pursuer and Pursuer Emblem.

Made it so you can click a message box itself on the main screen to go to the next message

Adjusted exploding weapons
